Decided to stop in while my husband was across the street at a card shop. Stood at the register for about 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to greet me. When she finally acknowledged me she didn’t have the best attitude. The atmosphere wasn’t welcoming at all and coffee tasted like syrups from tj max with a bunch of milk. Waste of 10 dollars.

Stopped in cuz I was out in the area and it was the closest. I loved everything about this place. staff was friendly, my macaroons and coffee was delicious and the vibe was so welcoming. 10/10

What a delightful coffee shop! Beautiful and welcoming decor, comfy seating, kind and knowledgeable staff, plenty of room, and delicious treats. Get a pour over. It’s fantastic. The gelato is also delectable. Haven’t had a sandwich yet but everything is made fresh so I’ll be back for that for sure. Only downside is parking but that’s the deal with a small town center. Wonderful addition to DT Utica.

My experience at Mains Treat Coffeehouse Utica was satisfactory. The atmosphere is very cute with nice decor throughout the cafe. There is a variety of different seating options from couches, to high tops, to tables to choose from. This is very convenient for those who want to experience various levels of comfort. The only issue was that the table by the couches that we sat on was not cleaned after other customers had sat there. The service was pleasant since the staff were kind and professional. The food was pretty good. We ordered a London Fog and a regular latte. I found my London Fog to be delicious, and the avocado toast was flavorful.

Comfy, cozy and spacious; with great coffee options and ample food selections. Better than any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Plenty of seating available, and a great staff. There are public parking lots nearby if you can’t find a spot on the street. This is what a coffeehouse should be. Highly recommend.
